    Notice of Rules Approval - License Renewal Fee Decrease

This is to provide notice that an amendment to the General Rules and Regulations Governing the Practice of Physical Therapy found in Chapter 1150-01, Rule Number 1150-01-.06, which was approved by the Board of Physical Therapy at a Rulemaking Hearing conducted by the Board on February 9, 2018 for a decrease in the biennial license renewal fee for Physical Therapists from $65.00 to $55.00, and Physical Therapist Assistants from $65.00 to $45.00 has been approved. This amendment to the rule has been assigned an effective date of July 9, 2018 in the Secretary of State's Office.
