Chattanooga District

The Chattanooga District is composed of Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Hamilton, McMinn, Marion, Meigs, Polk, Rhea and Sequatchie counties.

The Chattanooga District meetings are held on the second Tuesday of alternate months beginning January. The speaker presentations will begin at 6:30 PM followed by the business meeting. The following is a list of events:

Chattanooga District Meeting

The Chattanooga district is proud to present Dr. John Chrostowski, MD as the featured speaker at our July district meeting.


Dr. Chrostowski obtained his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine where he served as President of the Medical Honors Society.  He earned awards in Anatomy, Physiology, and the prestigious Top Medical Graduate Award.  In Nashville, he completed a fellowship in Orthopaedic Trauma at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine's Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation.  He then spent a year as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedics at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine.

TPTA Chattanooga District Meeting

Are you interested in furthering your career, building your network of professionals, strengthening your leadership skills, and implementing new ideas within our learning and development community? 


The Chattanooga Distirct is seeking volunteers In the areas of program planning and implementation and community outreach

Program planning committee members are responsible for the ideation and implementation of 1-2 programs for district members each year.

Community outreach committee members are responsible for 2-4 outreach events per year. 

Worried that you don't have what it takes? Don't be! Volunteers will collaborate with and be supported by the district executive committee to achieve these goals. Whether you are just beginning your professional journey or are 30 years into a career - giving just a few hours of your time will enhance the stature of this profession in the Chattanooga community and ensure vibrant forums for discussion and learning.
